Pros

Good pay. Nice wok place with gym, daycare, cafeteria... etc. Good location in downtown. Close to public transportation.

Cons

Old school management. Heavy process with so many hands in small projects and nobody wants to be accountable. Unfair distribution of workload. No transparency, thus too much gossip everywhere. No job security. They are in a hiring marathon through the year just to let everyone go at the end of the year! You are just a small part of their big numbers game. They show no respect for their employees or their families. Don't fall in this trap.

Pros

Pays decently well for first job out of college. My manager and team are very reasonable with expectations placed on new hires. Working after office hours (past 4:30pm) is extremely rare and only expected in emergencies.

Cons

Very slow and/or limited job growth potential. Promotions into middle management are almost purely based on reputation with middle managers who are largely people with previous field experience. This is very disadvantageous to direct-from-college hires like myself and even my current manager.
