Pros

Superb 401k program, reasonable health insurance, fun work, high salaries, good coworkers. The work is high quality and you feel like you're contributing and making a difference.

Cons

Management is insane and completely clueless and seems hell-bent on running the company into the ground. Our rates are through the roof, and I'm embarrassed to tell clients what I cost them. The support staff have a "tail wagging the dog" attitude and provide, with a few rare exceptions, no support to the analytical staff--you know, the folks that are the reason the company exists. You can hardly do anything without loads of paperwork and administrative overhead, and you'll be doing it, not one of the support staff. Benefits are getting seriously hammered. We used to have a very liberal sick leave policy. That's gone--you get two days of sick leave per year. We used to have the standard 10 holidays, now it's down to 8. Health insurance costs keep going up drastically each year.

Cons

Good morning! I wanted to write a post on my experience with the company Center for Naval Analyses | National Security Analysis (CNA) CNA Corporation. I was hired for a part time position on the weekends to do security and attended my orientation and was terminated the following day. I received a call stating that I was not a great fit for the company because I did not eat lunch with them due to me having to go back to my full time job. They also stated that I did not participate in the orientation and from my understanding during an orientation you are listening... I feel as though I was wrongfully terminated because I asked was it ok for me leave and I was told yes by the Orientation instructor. I never experienced anything like this in my life. I'm not sure if this is the way that this company normally handles things but I was extremely disappointed.
