      Cons

      If you have the bad luck to be diagnosed with cancer and end up taking HR's advice to go on FMLA or short term disability, don't be surprised when you're suddenly fired for some bogus reason.

      Everyone is very helpful. My management team is very laid back in regards to the return to office mandate for underwriters.
