      Time off, 1/2 days generally before vacation days. Shift generally from 8:00 to 5:00 ish.

      Cons

      Everything. This organization does not care or value their associates. Prefers to promote from outside of the organization because they don't know how to develop others.

      A great place to grow an actuarial career with good work/life balance. Generous PTO policy and a lot of opportunity to try new roles and move up. The exam program is also great.
