      Pros

      I joined CNA to be part of a change - new CEO coming in is asking all the right questions about the future of the business and creating new opportunities. Great worklife balance and friendly culture.

      Cons

      Change creates some uncertainty - if you're into the status quo it's probably not the best place for you. Chicago HQ is dated but we're moving into a brand new building in 2018 which looks really cool.

      Pros

      A great place to grow an actuarial career with good work/life balance. Generous PTO policy and a lot of opportunity to try new roles and move up. The exam program is also great.

      Experience can vary depending on the team/manager
