Pros
CNA is heading in the right direction. Leadership is focused in delivering profitable growth, eliminating unnecessary expenses, and transforming the company to be competitive in a changing business landscape. The company has actively supported a non-profit that is important to me and is a positive influence on the community. Over the last couple years, there has been improvement in matching pay to performance such that high performers are rewarded via end-of-year raises and bonuses or even off-cycle raises.
Cons
There has been a lot of turnover recently. It can be challenging to get clarity in one's career path.
