Pros
Some great talent and people Facilities were good.
Cons
Leadership is not transparent Little to no direction Large IT Department with great people but lack of vision Wants to be Agile but doesn't embrace the process or is prepared for the process Lots of talk about diversity and management but behind the scenes sends a much different message. Cares about the people when they need something but when they don't need something they turn on you very quickly Lack of respect for people's ideas and thoughts Say Something was an idea they pushed but it does seem that no matter what you Say they have their own hidden agenda they are trying to accomplish. This goes back to the lack of direction, transparency, and communication.
