Excellent 401k plan and matching company %.
Cons
No support for employees. Talks about diversity and inclusion and the only change were to be able to wear jeans on Friday. Constant layoffs. Leadership has not provided any direction. A number of leaders lack personality or empathy and have been known to actually holler at there employees. Also, it is very difficult to attend seminars for additional training and exposure to new technology or receive college tuition.
