      Pros

      My manager was great, the work was challenging, and there was definitely opportunity for personal growth.

      Cons

      No room for social aspect, no respect for personal time/privacy, many layoffs leave the place understaffed. The company would say 1 thing, "Join a social club", but mean another "On your own time, not ours."

      Pros

      A great place to grow an actuarial career with good work/life balance. Generous PTO policy and a lot of opportunity to try new roles and move up. The exam program is also great.

      Experience can vary depending on the team/manager
