Poor pay - Claim Handler CNA Employee Review

LOW pay given competition. They try to tell you in orientation that the pay has been researched and is competitive with the industry, which I have found to be false. I left because of a lay-off, interviewed at multiple competitors and the pay was $10K-$15K higher.
