      Stable, consistent, relatively flexible, plenty of feedback. Very conservative.

      Cons

      In retrospect, I was undervalued and underpaid, promotion opportunities were hard to find. Very conservative (yes, that is a pro and a con sometimes!)

      Pros

      A great place to grow an actuarial career with good work/life balance. Generous PTO policy and a lot of opportunity to try new roles and move up. The exam program is also great.

      Experience can vary depending on the team/manager
