Business Outlook
Pros
Benefits were good with 80% health coverage on standard costs. No stock options but the company contributed to a LIRA, TFSA or RRSP. Mostly nice co-workers and management seem to want to develop their employees.
Cons
It's an insurance company so if you enjoy that industry, you'll love it. Technology is not the latest but again, it's not their focus. They do need to invest more on this though.
