      Retirement benefits are good. Compensation is average. Work flexibility is good.

      Cons

      Healthcare benefits are subpar and expensive. Communication from executive leadership to company is lacking. Quarterly town halls are not consistently held by executive leaders, and CEO has rarely done live meetings to address the organization.

      A great place to grow an actuarial career with good work/life balance. Generous PTO policy and a lot of opportunity to try new roles and move up. The exam program is also great.
