Unless you are part of "The Good Old Boys Club" you are doomed for failure or or at a minimum layoff. Micromanagement. VAST majority of IT is outsourced with no thought whatsoever for employees. Everything and I mean everything is about the bottom dollar. Even if you're the best employee in the world or an award winner you are just as vulnerable as the least.
