A company that wants to be good to it employees but isn't. - Data Analyst/Engineer CNA Employee Review

So cna wants to be good place to work but they are just trying to rush to cloud analytics. I worked in the admo and when I came in everything was on fire and everything was broken I was thrown into the deep end with a coworker who was approaching being burned out. Due to work load everyone quit, I stayed for 1 years and helped train some replacements that they will burn through. They just have really aggressive goals that they are not staffed to meet, additionally some design decisions they made early in the process cause un do complexity with the process . Additionally they assume everything is easy and can be completed in a 2 week turn around. I'm sure things will be better in time I'm sure more mature parts of the company are better to work for, looking back I should have quit sooner. Souch pressure and all of it was imposed when nothing was super important. Honestly looking back I wouldn't have taken the job.
