CNA as a whole is very open to making your work experience the best it can be. They’ve been extremely accommodating with my personal life changes and have created a very positive and supportive work culture.
Cons
There’s a good amount of turnover and change at the company both on the teams and in management. It sometimes feels like a revolving door.
