Pros
- Good 401k - Good hours
Cons
- Health benefits are pretty bad for an insurance company - For some reason they "remodeled" their office for return to office, but made it first-come-first-serve seating. No assigned cubicles. This is really stupid to do when you are forcing everyone to come in on specific days, resulting in employees having to work on the floor. - Team leads lack experience, and rely heavily on round tables for claim resolution when one of their members are stuck on a claim. - Unreasonable workload with unreasonable expectations. - They expect all employee to go into the office 1 and a half days a week, even if you live 100+ miles from the office. Yeah, as if a half day is going to be productive when employees have a 5 hour round-trip drive. - Company is run by boomers and heavily implements boomer management techniques. Very outdated styles that is inefficient for the modern workforce.
