      Pros

      CNN has a wealth of resources that employees have at their disposal. What ever the equipment or the technology, the company doesn't go the cheap route.

      Cons

      On a personable level, the staff can be quite clickish. Managers take care of people in their silos and others are left to fend for themselves.

      Great for resume. Global audience.

      Cons

      CNN never promotes. It's not what it was. This management is all about profit and that hurts quality. No work life balance. Lots of racism.
