      Great benefits: 401K plan, lots of PTO for 24/7 employees, free triathlon training program Also has a diverse rank-and-file staff, great work/life balance for journalists

      Lack of diversity in upper management, not much room for advancement after awhile

      Great for resume. Global audience.

      Cons

      CNN never promotes. It's not what it was. This management is all about profit and that hurts quality. No work life balance. Lots of racism.
