Pros
CNN is always working to be the best. They also take very good care of their employees as far as pay, benefits, employee appreciation, etc. Overall, it is a great place to work.
Cons
If you do not work on the money making side of the house (i.e. newsgathering, show teams, etc.), it can be harder to be noticed and/or rewarded for hard work.
