The training is HORRIBLE they give you 4 days of 10-2pm making calls and learning the system. Which isn’t too bad but if they want you to recruit on LinkedIn they give you maybe 3 hrs total of training not even outlining their expectations and send you on your way the following week. Management is SUPER unprofessional Their time off policy is horrible, you can’t have any type of real life emergency or you either need to work until 8pm to make up the time or forfeit your bonus. They are STRICT about calls per hour even in your 1st week solo when you weren’t even trained properly. The pay is horrible
