      The pay rate is competitive, the work is a good balance of challenging while not being overwhelming, there is some degree of career pathing, there is a lot of positive attrition within CNO.

      Cons

      The current management plays a lot of politics. This can have the effect of overburdening the most productive employees, while letting laziness have a pass. Frequently, getting real answers from anyone feels like an exercise in futility.

      Non Stop Learning each and everyday

      Working in this company lacks any sense of relaxation. There is constant pressure, stress, and frequent layoffs. Additionally, employees are required to continuously prove themselves, and even after proving their worth, their work is undervalued due to discrimination and bullying, which are unfortunately ingrained in their work culture.
