      One of the best things about working for CNO Financial is the ability to advance into different areas of the company with on-site training. The company is also really good at taking time to acknowledge the efforts of its employees and even provides rewards for meeting certain quarterly goals.

      Cons

      Sometimes the opportunities for advancement in the company are limited based on the limit of how frequency you can apply for promotions.

      Working in this company lacks any sense of relaxation. There is constant pressure, stress, and frequent layoffs. Additionally, employees are required to continuously prove themselves, and even after proving their worth, their work is undervalued due to discrimination and bullying, which are unfortunately ingrained in their work culture.
