      Pros

      The employees are for the most part very friendly and supportive. Salaries are decent.

      Cons

      Management and Upper management look at their employees like numbers instead of people. Fire people who actually have knowledge so they can bring in outsiders who are cheaper and no little or nothing. Work is dumped on those remaining until they can no longer meet expectations.

      Non Stop Learning each and everyday

      Working in this company lacks any sense of relaxation. There is constant pressure, stress, and frequent layoffs. Additionally, employees are required to continuously prove themselves, and even after proving their worth, their work is undervalued due to discrimination and bullying, which are unfortunately ingrained in their work culture.
