      Cons

      Very burdensome software release process with lots of paperwork. Mainframe-based legacy systems need to be replaced. HR won't promote employees in-place; need to post to a new position.

      Non Stop Learning each and everyday

      Working in this company lacks any sense of relaxation. There is constant pressure, stress, and frequent layoffs. Additionally, employees are required to continuously prove themselves, and even after proving their worth, their work is undervalued due to discrimination and bullying, which are unfortunately ingrained in their work culture.
