      The work/life balance has caught up with the times. I feel heard and respected my my manager all the time. I feel connected with my team even in a remote setting.

      Cons

      I think the pay could always be a little higher for today’s market value, but bonus incentives are nice to help balance.

      Non Stop Learning each and everyday

      Working in this company lacks any sense of relaxation. There is constant pressure, stress, and frequent layoffs. Additionally, employees are required to continuously prove themselves, and even after proving their worth, their work is undervalued due to discrimination and bullying, which are unfortunately ingrained in their work culture.
