Additionally, our compensation philosophy focuses on ensuring that our pay is fair and competitive to attract and retain top talent. To do this, we follow industry best practices by leveraging market data from annual compensation surveys to inform our pay decisions.
Working in this company lacks any sense of relaxation. There is constant pressure, stress, and frequent layoffs. Additionally, employees are required to continuously prove themselves, and even after proving their worth, their work is undervalued due to discrimination and bullying, which are unfortunately ingrained in their work culture.
