      Great benefits. The company is very big on diversity and inclusion--they drive employees to learn more about others and to make everyone feel accepted. They listen to the employees.

      Cons

      Leadership wants it all but doesn't understand how the workload trickles down. They also don't take the time to understand how things work, the process to get things done and who does them.

      Non Stop Learning each and everyday

      Working in this company lacks any sense of relaxation. There is constant pressure, stress, and frequent layoffs. Additionally, employees are required to continuously prove themselves, and even after proving their worth, their work is undervalued due to discrimination and bullying, which are unfortunately ingrained in their work culture.
