Pros

Work from home, kind of laid back, I had a cool supervisor that was chill but a lot of them aren't. The pay for the leads.

Cons

No leads to call. I worked full time at first but then had to go to part time because it got to the point after a change in the business we went from 40,000 leads a day to 4,000. After 30 min of dialing and getting maybe a handful of answers if they didn't hang up as soon as you said the name of where you're calling from you would be calling voicemails the rest of your shift. I couldn't handle the monotony for 6 straight hours. Mentally I was losing it kind of.

Pros

Non Stop Learning each and everyday

Cons

Working in this company lacks any sense of relaxation. There is constant pressure, stress, and frequent layoffs. Additionally, employees are required to continuously prove themselves, and even after proving their worth, their work is undervalued due to discrimination and bullying, which are unfortunately ingrained in their work culture.
