Pros

Co-workers are usually pretty awesome people to work with. Management is typically good. Flexible once been there some time . Really understanding if have an personal life concerns and will work with you in effective ways to meet employment goals while tackling person needs .

Cons

HR doesn't provide fair pay or have an idea who does what and peoples productivity. Pay is based some what on degree and never off how hard you work. Heavy case loads, lots of work, and have to pick up slack from others who don't do their job. Yearly raises are 3% so inflation will soon bring your pay down.

We appreciate your feedback, CODAC is committed fair wages. We conduct regular compensation analyses with a third-party compensation specialist to ensure our pay rates are within competitive range. Additionally, in 2021 we increased CODAC’s minimum wage, four years ahead of the 2025 AZ requirement. We understand that the 3% yearly increase is not as much as employees may like – or, with recent rates of inflation, need. However, CODAC did provide employees with two bonuses in 2022, which contribute to the overall compensation package. In addition, we have established a culture of professional development and financially recognize employees who achieve education, licensure and certifications goals. Finally, CODAC provides financial rewards using an Employee Recognition Program to individuals based on quality and service.
