Stripping back on locations outwith US, jobs constantly at risk due to never ending restructures and cutbacks. Projects never delivered on time causing customers to delay re-orders

The type of investments and changes involved in these type of transformations require robust communications and engagement which the Company struggles with at times but is committed to improve.
