Pay well under industry norm. Promises of pay raises and promotions never kept. New “corporate concept” every three months. Huge turnover rates

Convergix Automation is in a "good to great transformation" leveraging tremendous legacy company capabilities and resources to become the automation partner of choice.

Cons

The type of investments and changes involved in these type of transformations require robust communications and engagement which the Company struggles with at times but is committed to improve.
