Pros
Plenty of opportunities if you appreciate a fast-paced, interesting and challenging work environment. If you pull your weight, JMP is constantly supportive as they can be, and will furnish a hands-off approach and give a lot of flexibility to your work preferences which is excellent. They will make every effort to accommodate you when the customers needs are being met. Very good benefits and fluid cross support among the branches. It helps that I have an outstanding branch manager - it makes all the difference.
Cons
No such thing as a perfect job but this is fairly close for me. Not big on travel but it comes with the territory.
