Pros
JMP is a technology company with lots of potential. They have a diverse mix of clients and focus on customer satisfaction.
Cons
Employee management needs improvement. Since the economy turned and made projects more difficult to find, many decisions have been made that puts employee focus at the bottom of priorities. Upper management has a lot of nice words, but it generally doesn't translate into action.
