Pros
Good benefit package. Projects can be challenging. Most of the employees are great people (with some exceptions of course). Agressive goals.
Cons
Management constantly uses the latest buzz words, but that's all they are - words. So much effort is put into talking about the latest trend that execution is always missed. Employees are expected to maintain high levels of billable/chargeable work, yet also take on many hours of unpaid work - with the promise of a potential profit sharing bonus that never materializes. When work loads are light due to lack of sales, employees are sent home on vacation or banked flex time. Management talks about the desire to be a world class company, yet consistently keeps wages well below the average. Hard to become a world class company if you can't recruit and keep world class talent. The facilities are generally embarrassing. Head office is okay, but one look at most branch offices indicate that this is not a world class company.
