Exceedingly flexible, great people, potential for very interesting work

Cons

Investment firm hell. Very high turnover and a company seemingly struggling to figure out how handle itself. Lots of talk about how great things are and how much potential there is but very little to show for it.

Convergix Automation is in a "good to great transformation" leveraging tremendous legacy company capabilities and resources to become the automation partner of choice.

Cons

The type of investments and changes involved in these type of transformations require robust communications and engagement which the Company struggles with at times but is committed to improve.
