The best place to learn the manufacturing technologies. Clean environment with some of the greatest tradesmen/women.

Cons

Sub par pay and little room for growth for an accelerated learner. If you put the years in there's opportunity but going above doesn't get you far.

Convergix Automation is in a "good to great transformation" leveraging tremendous legacy company capabilities and resources to become the automation partner of choice.

Cons

The type of investments and changes involved in these type of transformations require robust communications and engagement which the Company struggles with at times but is committed to improve.
