Disappointed - Robotics Technician CONVERGIX Automation Solutions Employee Review

With Convergix taking the helm, culture changed quickly and not for the better. A lot of responsibility for average pay. Promises were broken, goals and expectations changed frequently. Very poor follow through on project installation and last minute modifications. High turnover, wasteful meetings. Encouraged to speak up, but input or complaints were met with deaf ears and empty words. I had high hopes, but was sorely disappointed. Massive change is needed in order to get back on track.
