Pros

CORA offers significant opportunity for clinical specialization, both through certifications and with board specialty goals. It is a busy environment, given the reality of reimbursement in the state and the trends in healthcare, but given the stability of CORA through the ups and downs in healthcare, the outlook is positive. Communication from upper levels is improving and the opportunities are expanding to help differentiate CORA and quality of care from other competitors in the area.

Cons

Caseload is high, as we treat the majority of patients who competitors refuse because of insurance types.

Pros

I've enjoyed working as a Physical Therapist Assistant here at the seffner location. The team is supportive, collaboration between therapists is excellent, and patient care is always the top priority. I've had opportunities to grow my clinical skills while treating a wide variety of patients. Management is approachable, and the work environment is professional and welcoming."

Cons

The schedule can fluctuate due to cancellations and last-minute patient additions.

Pros

- Meaningful work helping patients improve their quality of life. CORA accepts an extensive list of insurances providing access to patients that otherwise would not have access to outpatient rehab services. - Opportunities for leadership development and career advancement in multiple areas. - Excellent continuing education support, including access to CEU courses, certifications, residency programs, and mentorship. - AI-assisted documentation tools that help improve efficiency, reduce documentation burden, and allow clinicians to spend more time focusing on patient care rather than paperwork.

Cons

The fast-paced environment provides continuous opportunities to learn, adapt, be a team player, and keeps each day engaging and dynamic.
