Business Outlook
Pros
The only positive aspect about my experience was working with some of the best and most knowledgable clinical team members. If you are willing to find the answers, then you can obtain a more wider experience level.
Cons
In certain states, CORA has a high turnover rate. There is not a good work and life balance, thus the morale is suffering. As a salaried employee you are asked to work lots of hours with little reward, incentive, or value. The training they currently have in place for new clinicians is still lacking, so a lot of what you will learn will have to be self-driven or taught.
