      COUNTRY Financial does provide a real comprehensive training program. You are given all of the knowledge and tools needed to be successful. Pretty tech forward company as well.

      Cons

      Downsides are that you really do need a pretty large natural market to start in order to maintain success. There are pretty stringent production requirments that you must continually meet.
