Pros
They have flexible work hours and are not a typical 9am-5pm job. It is also nice to be able to get out of the office to network in the community. You are not behind a phone all day, like some insurance companies.
Cons
You work much more than 40 hours and after about 6 months, the goals become hard to obtain, unless you are willing to put in 60+ hours
