Business Outlook
Pros
Very good company with the best of intentions to serve their customers and policy holders. They really take to heart the mutual company model. Executive management has always had the best interests of the clients and great values.
Cons
Slow moving to the point that they are willing to have other companies outperform them in all markets while riding on the heritage of the company. Should be a bit more aggressive if for no other reason than there are consumers in every market who could have better service.
