Pros
Starting base pay isn't terrible and the people that you work with are pretty nice. The Covid era work from home leaves a lot to be desired as far as being in contact with people. Definitely better if you work well on your own.
Cons
Don't expect your supervisor to have your best interests in mind. They are there to make sure you are helping their bottom line. They say they are interested in your development but are really mostly interested in boosting their numbers.
