      No micro management, no fixed hour. Every bit of dollar you make is a dollar you earn. What you put in is what you get out. Any kind of excuse is either the person's personality not fitting with this job or their lack of work ethic.

      Cons

      I wish training was more routine and investment training was much more in depth.
