      If you find yourself a good career agent (I did), you'll never want to leave. Good insurance products.

      Cons

      Most IT and some underwriting jobs have been outsourced to third-world countries. HEAVY turnover in underwriting leads to continuous backlogs. Technology is sorely lacking. Marketing is not great either.
