Pros

My office was full of nice agents, Manager very helpful, ok base salary if your young and new to insurance or financials. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Poor benefits, they really want you to focus on just basic insurance products. This is a company for those who want to be insurance agents. You cannot make a living @ this company if you want to focus on Financial products. BEWARE: they will not activate the 65 portion of a 66 series if you have one. They will activate only the 63 portion of the 66 and not tell you that the other is at risk.
