      At CPC we do periodic regional salary reviews comparing with what we pay our employees with similar agencies in the area and our salaries are consistently shown to be competitive with other employers in our area

      Pros

      Important, vital work in the community. Amazing co-workers. Strong sense of purpose in the work. Excellent benefits package and generous PTO.

      Cons

      Upper management is very disconnected from the reality of working in community. Middle management are in meetings / trainings all day long and are not readily available to support the team as needed. No room for growth. No merit based bonuses or pay raises, only cost of living adjustments that cap at 3%.
