When you have a large team/family like this you feel certain you can accomplish anything and when you have easy access to your chain of command all the way up to the president of the company you feel supported. You might find higher pay elsewhere but you won't find the care and support for your well-being and family life like you will here.

It can be tough to schedule off duty activities and appointments. Loads are reliant on multiple team members from loading at the warehouse to relays bringing your trailer to you. Weather and breakdowns can affect everyone's schedules - you have to be flexible. Hopefully you have family and friends who understand.
