Pros

For the time I worked at the Concord, Ontario facility, the employees are very polite and not a demanding / aggressive working environment.

Cons

The front line managers and lead hands need further training on their soft skills. They were promoted based on their knowledge and culture of the company. At times, their approach with their employees can be unprofessional and rude at times. On the line, they have a mix of full time employees and contractors. They both are doing the same job but the pay scale are not in line with each other. Their software is an in-house database that require updating in order to meet the changing needs of the business.
